    Super fast! My new PC arrived really fast even though I expected some delays due to covid. I got several emails to let me know what stage of the process my new computer was at, so that was really helpful. Arranging a delivery time was also very convenient and I got quick replies in every case. The PC looked awesome straight away and the set-up was really easy. I chose a case with lighting and I love it, it matches my keyboard and my mouse and looks really clean and crisp. It's as fast as promised, Chronos is a very accurate name! So far it's handled every video game I threw at it without hitting a single snag. I would definitely recommend this PC as a reasonably priced gaming computer.

    Excellent PC and Excellent Service I'd been thinking about buying a PC from UKGC for quite a while and decided to take the plunge on this machine, and I'm really glad I did. It's blisteringly fast compared to some older machines I have and its also unbelievably quiet. I bought it because my kids are getting to an age where they're wanting to play PC games, and as an excuse for me to play as well of course! You never know, they might even do some school work on it one day. I've been really happy with the service from UKGC as well. I've emailed with the odd question here and there, and when I modified the spec of this machine they were quick to double check it met my requirements. You're also updated every step of the way regarding your order and considering the shortage of parts at the moment the turnaround from order to build to delivery was really good. My best recommendation is if I would buy from UKGC again, and I can safely say I certainly would.

    Great service, product and 110% recommended It’s been two weeks since I received my PC and this is my review on Chronos - i7 gaming computer. I play CS-GO, COD, Apex, Dota 2 and other games and programs. Please read below. Great choice for gamers and programmers where it’s moderate not the super fancy that will cost you a fortune but also not the one which will be cheaper but bad and slow. I only do recommend it if you add 16GB ram or more. The case is already pretty and fine but if you want to spend more on your setup then I recommend Lian-Li cases with more RGB parts - such as RGB rams and fans. The heat of this PC is good for me because I don’t use it often, although, add extra fans if you over use your PC. By the way, I do not recommend you to buy from other companies, buy exclusively from UKGC. Best prices and services. WishIng you all best of luck

    Exactly what my brother wanted! Myself and my family bought this computer for my brothers 30th, he is a graphics designer/illustrator and has wanted this computer for a long time. He has since set it up and it absolutely over the moon with it. It's a far cry than what he was working on! I myself have found the company such a pleasure to work with. I have no understanding of any of the computer jargon and they have been really helpful with prompt communication and recommendations. I also collected my order and was delighted that the worker carried it to my car for me! Fantastic company and even better computer!!

    I couldn't be happier I'd always built my own PC's in the past, it used to be cheaper, and you could get exactly what components you wanted.... However, it had been a while since I last built a PC, my aging Pentium 4 was now 6 years old! Having a look around and pricing up components, I found I couldn't really build one myself for cheaper than UK Gaming Computers, and as things have moved on a lot since I last built a PC I wasn't entirely up to date on things hardware wise. So I decided I'd have UK Gaming Computers build me one! Daman was very helpful and informative and explained the options to me, I'd already decided on the Chronos, it's the best compromise on price whilst still having a high spec machine in my opinion. It has all the big named parts I'd use myself (ASUS, Corsair, Nvidia), and looked a very well thought out spec. I added a few little options over the standard base spec, following Daman's advice, and even had them overclock my PC for me (since I'd be looking to do this anyway). The PC arrived yesterday and I'm blown away with the performance, running at a sensible overclock of 3.5GHz (standard is 2.8), it's many many times faster than my old P4! The case is just what I wanted, nice and simple, well designed, quiet, and no fancy see-through panels and neon lights everywhere! Inside the case it's a very tidy and professional install, everything neatly routed and cable tied up, meaning the best possible airflow through the case. Bottom line is I couldn't be happier, and I won't bother building a machine for myself anymore, I'll just get UK Gaming Computers to do it for me! ...which reminds me, my father-in-law is thinking about getting a new budget PC...

Brilliant PC and brilliant service, though the pc was at some expense it has been worth every penny, it allows every single game to be played at full capacity, and I have no doubt it'll allow me to do that in the future.     these computers are out of this world. Best pay check I ever spent! Firstly their site allowed full customisation of practically any and every part of a computer that one can alter. To go with this an expert guide in plain talk paired with Live Support. The price was clearly displayed, and the delivery price marked out separately. Upon delivery the computer came packaged professionally and with care. Inside was a plastic wallet with informational sheets and software for the graphics card and operating system. A letter with advice and a welcome statement came inside which requested that I let the computer set at room temperature, showing that they too didn't want the computer to break (care and quality control). The actual computer runs amazingly, completely and utterly out of this world. I have my suspicions that UKGC has stolen alien technology to place in their computers however I'm not complaining that there's some Mars supper computer without a few parts. Not had any heat issues, lag, noise, blue screen or even anything close to anything wrong with it... and this computer is on constantly from 10am till 1am. If you are reading this, let me put your mind at ease... these computers are out of this world. Best pay check I ever spent!

    i highly recommend UKGC I had bought a custom pc from UKGC, to be honest i was hesitant at first and never really heard of the site before- but i decided to give it a go, i had selected many upgrades for the computer the site was very informative as to what each upgrade would offer. I was kept informed by email every step of the way, the pc arrived on a convenient date for me and what can i say i was blown away by the quality of the parts and the way everything looked, all the cabling was very organised and it was obvious that a lot of care went into putting it together. so for anyone that is reading this now i highly recommend UKGC, the whole process gave me peace of mind and i will definitely be back in the future.     Well.. I can clearly say this was some of the best money i have ever spent. Well.. I can clearly say this was some of the best money i have ever spent. My machine turned up today in perfect condition, no faults and best of all no hassle. I spent about another £200 on additions for the machine which is selectable in the drop down boxes and they are by far quality! I am in fact commenting from the PC itself now. As they do promise over the site, if they have an overstock or something, they will put in a better component and I was lucky enough to get a better Mother Board. For all the gaming techies like myself, everything ive played so far from the Nvidia 550 gtx ti have been smooth on the highest settings and with my Nvidia 3d turned on so no need to worry there. The only downside overall was that the clear X panel i ordered was unavailable but i have been told that it will be sent to me as soon as it comes into stock which is totally respectful. All I can say now is thank you very much for this amazing PC.

    its great to see all the magic at work :) I've had my machine for over a week now, and I must say I'm really impressed with the all round quality of the machine - made all the better knowing that as standard I’m getting three years warranty on the product. UKGCs website is also super easy to use, but if like me there aren’t components listed that you would like, or in my case, as I already have a nVidia card at home I wanted to use, it was no trouble at all getting my Chronos build shipped without one. The team assembled my order really quickly, and had the machine at my house in about two weeks, which I was really happy with considering the bank holidays that were wedged in the middle. The product is shipped really nicely too, with a lot of care taken to not only prevent damage to the external casing, but the foam bag inside to protect the components. UKGC has really impressed me with the regularity of emails they’ve sent, and best of all having Daman online to assist in all my queries using the live support function – thanks very much, I’ll certainly be giving you the thumbs up to anyone I know after a top notch build. Finally, price wise I think UKGC to be really competitive; slap on top the warranty, the top customer service, and their willingness to please, why buy from anyone else. And as a quick review of the PC - its brilliant: quiet, fast, running all applications like a dream, case is great, fans look nice too, and I would suggest to all buyers get a clear sided case like I have, its great to see all the magic at work :)

    I love my PC! :D A friend of mine recommended this website to me, but i wasn't sure about it, so i had a look around and ask a few friends of mine about this website, seems legit, so I went for it.Ordered this on the 2nd of July, didn't arrive till late 20th of July, it was rather late then its promised 10 days, but I'm not bothered, as long as it arrives its all good. The day i received my PC, packaging was good, no scratch nor any damage, upon opening my package, i loved every moment of it, it looks sweet, the clear X panel was beautiful, instruction was simple, once its been turned on, WOW! Runs like a dream, everything runs silky smooth, I can finally play games that I wanted without my PC failing me.     If you need any help just call them up and they will give you the best advice! I just got this PC. Its one of the best PC's I have ever seen for the money. I got some upgrades for it such as RAM, over clock and cooler...however I wish I got a better card. Don't go for the stand card on it, pay the extra £50 for a better card. Trust me you will not look back. With that said however, UK gaming computers understand that you may want to upgrade your PC in the future so they will let you do it yourself if you contact them first and tell them what you are doing. Make sure you keep them updated on everything though! The best part of it all was the staff. They are really really really nice and helpful. I was on the phone to one of them chatting about general updates and cards and he seemed to be really enjoying the talk himself. Most of the time you are just a number....however not with these guys. They seem to care about you and your new rig. A small note before I go however, this case and standard fans are VERY loud. I had to call them up and say to them that I needed to change the fans because they were so loud. UPGRADE the case and the case fans. If you need any help just call them up and they will give you the best advice!

    All in all, I really can't fault either this PC or UK Gaming Computers. I would certainly use them again and I will highly recommend them to others. I have had this computer for about four months now and it still runs like a brand new machine. To start, the service has been absolutely outstanding. I received responses to my queries almost instantly - often out of hours. The staff have been happy to help both during the ordering process and a long while after purchase - I say 'staff' as, while Damien was away at one point, one of the engineers stepped in to help me out instead. The website was very easy to use, with clear information on all of the parts and upgrades making for a very easy customising experience. The instructions that came with the PC were easy to follow and very clear for even the least tech savvy. The machine itself runs like a dream. I bought the PC for two main reasons: for gaming and for artwork. For gaming, I mainly play MMOs such as Guild Wars 2 or The Secret World. They all run with absolutely no problems - even with masses of activity on screen. I also requested the Asus N15 wireless card which picks up a powerful signal even when the machine is as far away from the router as possible. Everything looks fantastic on screen as well, despite not having upgraded the graphics card. As a digital artist, I often work on huge canvases to fit printing standards and in the past this has always caused major lag on any machine I have used before. With this PC, there is absolutely no problem whatsoever. I am able to create a lot more as a result! All in all, I really can't fault either this PC or UK Gaming Computers. I would certainly use them again and I will highly recommend them to others.

    thanks again lads, excellent job! I bought this machine and I was delivered a week ago, it's an absolute animal - it has taking every single game I've thrown at it on ultra settings! I'm in love. I made a few upgrades such as RAM, GFX card, cooling, over clocking and cooling - and its the most beast computer I've ever owned. Couldn't actually believe it was mine at first. It has clearly been built and set up by experts and the customer service was topnotch. Absolutely awesome company! These guys are awesome, really they are. Can't thank them enough for the excellent service and product that they provided me! Worth every single penny. Even my girlfriend is impressed, and she's not really one to be interested in this kinda thing.     I can thoroughly recommend both this computer and company. I purchased this computer for online racing which needs a high frame rate and I have not been disappointed. I left the graphics card as standard (Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 1gb) hoping this would be enough to handle the speeds needed for iracing and i have had no problems with slowing down or buffering. I can have the quality settings turned up full which makes the gaming more enjoyable. I will also add that the service provided by UK gaming computers was excellent, and particularly good was the emails at each stage of the process so I was always confident that my computer was moving through the system. I can thoroughly recommend both this computer and company.

    I reckomend you guys to everyone I have been wanting to get my gaming computer for quite some time but I just couldn't decide where to go. Spending any amount of money on something as important as this was, to me, a serious decision and after a lot of searching I finally decided on UKGC. Honestly my new rig is the best thing I have and I'm shocked at just how easy the ordering process was.I upgraded pretty much everything and even added on a few extras, calling a few times during the process but the team could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I was kept up to date with the process and 10 days from placing the order I was sitting at my desk playing a game in ultra mode with absolutely no lag or dip in frame in rate it is an absolute pleasure and I honestly don't know how I lived without it. I wish to give a hearty THANKYOU to all the team involved you have honestly changed my life for the better I can work and game with peace of mind knowing you'll always be there to help. I reckomend you guys to everyone and if someone just happens to read this please do not hesitate and just do it you honestly will not regret it.

    really impressed with this company Matthew Carter- Was really impressed with this company, done a lot of research before choosing because I really didn't have the time the build my own and I have to say, wow, was exactly what I expected. The customer service was great and I was kept informed regularly regarding my order, I upgraded the graphics card and ram and it is running like a absolute dream, i'm so happy with it. No matter what PC you choose to buy off these guys you know you're going to have a great rig to game on, The best thing about the company in my opinion is that they don't try to save money by putting cheaper parts in the PC, thank you so much UKGC can't wait to upgrade with you guys.

    Very happy with this beast Very happy with this beast (I ordered it with a few extra customization), starting faster, than my fluorescent light in toilet ;) Only few down points for me: 1. When I starting my Call of Duty MW3 on my old PC, I have a time to go in toilet, and make a cup of coffee until mission is loading, now with this PC, I barely have time to run until my room door... ;) 2. My old PC has noisy fan, and waking up on weekend morning, I was always be able to hear if my daughter waking up earlier and start PC, now I don't have a clue is it running or not, until come closer and see a blue lighting or working monitor... ;) Overall very happy, even when I had to play in MW3 without coffee! :)))
