    Superb machine When i ordered I added a couple of upgrades (PSU, RAM, Motherboard). When the PC was delivered it arrived very well packaged and everything just worked straight out of the box. The machine runs silently and is blazingly quick. Overall I'm delighted with my purchase - Highly recommended!

    Overall the PC is amazing and i highly recommend any purchase from this store Great PC along with great customer service. I've currently been using the pc for a week now and i have found no faults whatsoever. The performence is great and the PC matched the description to the dot. No nasty surprises. Not only is the PC great but the customer service from UKGC has been astonishing. I thought i had problems with CPU temperature and continued to contact UKGC about it. Within 24hours of contacting them, they re-assured me that there wasn't a problem and continued to give me a list of programs and solutions to check the "problem" i thought i had. Overall the PC is amazing and i highly recommend any purchase from this store

    I'm very happy with the purchase and would certainly recommend UKGC. I have been working towards getting this computer for a very long time, having squeezed as much power as I possibly could (for as long as I could) from an old, noisy laptop. It was important to me to get this purchase right first time - both for career and recreational purposes (I'm not financially in a position where I can afford a rig solely for gaming, so this will be used both for work [music production/video editing] and gaming.) I did exceed my initial budget (my choice, so won't mark UKGC down for that); but that was because I wanted a
    machine with longevity. I went with an overclockable i7 to easily handle my demands, and also as software/games are likely to become insane in the coming years. It's good to know I have the option to overclock, if necessary. But that's some way into the future and until I find myself requiring more processing power, it's staying at stock settings (and is performing awesomely). I also added an aftermarket heatsink to further lengthen the processor's performance and lifespan. So given these adaptions on budget, for now, I've settled for the integrated graphics. (I customized the Aether i7, which is fairly impressive in itself). As UKGC themselves state, they're not the 'cheapest' available in the UK - and in my experience, here's why: - You get what you pay for. All components are of the highest quality, using only reputable brands, and includes all manuals and discs. - The process of customizing the build was the most comprehensive of all UK online retailers. (I ran the specs I needed through literally all other UK PC build sites, eliminating stores one by one, for one reason or another). - The machine is well-built and extensively tested before it's delivered, so it's going to work when you get it. No 'hoping' it all works, or having to send it back for any reason. - The package is delivered under in-transit CCTV, so any problems that may arise in this area are covered. - They don't fail to arrange a delivery date and then deliver your item unannounced, or leave it in the garden (!?) if you are not home (as I have read in reviews from customers from other competitively priced UK sites). - Great customer ratings and reviews. I had already decided to go with UKGC, then when they got an Award for Best Custom And Gaming PC Builder in the UK, it just confirmed my gut feeling that I was making the right decision. - Professional throughout the experience. Customers are kept up to date regularly as to the progress of the build. Also, the Warranty and Aftercare seem to have the customers interests at heart. So far, the product has lived up to my demanding expectations. I'm very happy with the purchase and would certainly recommend UKGC.

    Great price for a great system! I received this computer a few days ago and I am impressed. I've added windows 8.1 and gtx 660 graphics card and it plays my games with ease at the highest settings. The only things I am planning on upgrading is the RAM, HDD and the power source as it just doesn't need them for a while. The only gripe I have with it is the Zalman case is not the easiest when removing the slots for the graphics card. Great price for a great system!

    10/10, would definitely buy from them again. I've been looking for a gaming PC for quite a while. When I was in New York, I picked up a graphics card cheap on impulse, so I decided the buff up the Aether as it was the only i7 that didn't come with a graphics card. It is incredible. Everything loads pretty much instantly, it's lightning quick. Everything was clearly set out for me and the fact that told me to leave it for an hour was a lovely touch. The PC came quickly and was actually delivered early. Always a plus! All in all, a fantastic PC from a fantastic website. 10/10, would definitely buy from them again.

    Simply Astonishing. Simply Astonishing. I'll start with the actual PC itself, which I upgraded to my liking, and from design to functionality it leaves nothing unattended. It is very quiet and incredibly fast. If I had ever dreamt of a perfect gaming PC within my budget, then the Aether would definitely be it. The costumer service was phenomenal, I was kept in the loop during all the different stages and was given specific, detailed information when I called on different occasions which shows the high standards at UKGC. I'll definitely look at them again when I think of upgrading, this type of gaming provider is a keeper for sure!

    I'm very very impressed on the way it has been put together The complete process of looking for a bespoke PC, getting advice, selecting the components, ordering, speedy delivery, un-packing and setting up and using the PC has all gone without any problems. Very clear advice and instructions were sent to me keeping me informed of every step of the process. Now I have had chance to look at the final PC and use it, I'm very very impressed on the way it has been put together, very neat and tidy and all set up to work straight away. Obviously it's too early to tell about reliability that's the same with any new kit but I'm not expecting any problems.

    thankyou for your prompt and help in my new pc . thankyou for your prompt and help in my new pc .i upgraded most items and computer woks well and fast .I choose normal delivery option which cost £21 which i thought was just about fine .as my pc was ready for dispatch on a friday i decided to upgrade my delivery to sat am which costs a extra £16 as stated on web site but in practise i paid a extra £30 so totall cost for delivery was just over £51 being in business myself and using different couriers this is very expensive and did put a dampener on the order but as stated pc works fine.one problem i did have was i stuck the warranty sticker in the wrong place once i sent photos of what i had done i was sent replacement warranty sticker so thankyou for you help

    My experience with UKGC has been one of quality all the way through I purchased the Aether - i7 PC with an extra 4GB ram that I needed for my particular usage. UKGC, very kindly, upgraded the MHZ on the whole 8GB for free!!. I'd been going round and round the more prominent online computer buying stores for a few weeks, and had ended up dazed and confused (the mental equivalent of having spent a couple of hours in a large busy supermarket trying to navigate a shopping trolley that had a mind of it's own – brain busting!). Then I chanced upon UKGC's website, which turned out to be simplicity personified. The model I chose was competitively priced, contained quality components, and was very upgradeable should I wish to do so at a later date. But what stood out for me the most was the 6 year warranty – I'd never seen that length of time offered before. It assured me that UKGC were very confident in their product and level of service. My contacts with the company, by email, have been excellent throughout and they have kept me up to date with my order every step of the way. It arrived safe, sound and securely packaged on the day I had chosen for it to be delivered. After reading the information pack that UKGC had included, it was very easy, and quick, to set-up. From the time I first hit the power button through to using the programs and games I played, I realised that I had a beast at my fingertips – I'd gone from driving a Morris Minor to a Porsche, and had transformed from Morgan Freeman in 'Driving Miss Daisy' to Nigel Mansell in Formula 1! As someone who likes to have a bit of moan (think Jack Dee), the only grumble I have is that I have nothing to moan about. My experience with UKGC has been one of quality all the way through – they should be used as an benchmark for other companies to aspire to.

    I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I haven't had the computer long enough or tested it sufficiently to proper an accurate, legitimate review of the product itself. However, I can state that the staff at UK Gaming are excellent, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They responded promptly to all my queries and advised, suggested and helped price and offer a system for my needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
