Outstanding pc It took two and a half weeks to receive my pc but boy was it worth the wait. Everything was built exactly the way I wanted with the parts requested. Even made a coupe of last minute changes and they were happy to accommodate. One outstanding bit of information I need to point out is the fact when you customise parts through the website they give you clear descriptions and explanations of what the parts do and how good they are for comparison. I don’t think I’ve seen any other company that does this and ukgc needs to be recognised for this fantastic feature. The pc came delivered in some bespoke packaging and had clear instructions for setting up. The inside parts were so clean and high quality. You can tell a lot of care goes into this company’s build process. Your online account with Ukgamingcomputers lets you monitor the order status and it’s very clear and considerate. They give you a clear explanation for every status your order goes through. They even have live help and are happy to chat to you about any questions you have I ordered a custom pc that runs games specifically in 1080p 144fps and this pc does just that. exceeded expectations I have played World of Warcraft for many years and, as the game grew my pcs have struggled to keep up. My most recent is a good pc but even this one was taking time to load the characters when arriving in a busy place. I decided to treat myself and saw an ad from UKGC. I had never heard of them but checks on review sites showed they are a reputable company so I took the plunge, on one of their specific WOW machines. It cost me more than advertised because I added a few extras. I have had the machine a couple of days now and it is exceeding my expectations. It is very fast, (the busy cities are busy when I get there - no more waiting) and the quality of the graphics is exceptional. it is also very quiet and a nice looking thing - I don't normally have my pcs on display but this one may soon be sitting on the desktop.

10/10 Received this pc last week and I had a couple upgrades from the basic model I have to say it is a beaut not only does it play wow on ultra but it has played anything on ultra so far bf3, skyrim, cod black oops 2 and not only that but it has ran super fast with no fps drop even when I record with fraps. Highly recommended purchase if very committed to WoW. I recently purchased one of these "beasts" with some personal upgrades to performance and display. Firstly, the order process is very clear, upgrading and customizing your PC is very easy and clear on how to do. Many options available to through the order process. The communication from UKGC during the build process was fantastic, regular emails and a status page showing you the process of your order. When the PC arrived, well packaged and a welcome booklet included, with instructions and tips, along with all the hardware/software manuals. The PC works exceptionally well for WoW, very good FPS in the WoW world and in raids, highly recommended for competitive 10 man raiding. Can easily manage HIGH/ULTRA settings. Highly recommended purchase if very committed to WoW.

I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy a PC! Where do i even start! First off, i chose to purchase the blizzard edition because i do play wow quite a lot. My old laptop would freeze and lag every time a raid boss would cast a spell, so a new computer was essential to me. Although i did beef up the standard edition a little it still came out cheaper then other companies that have the same or lesser parts. The computer can run any game on ultra settings, even those which were notorious for under performing on decent rigs can be run on ultra with very healthy fps. eg FSX On the topic of the company itself, i have never bought off such a wonderful company, they're incredibly helpful, know exactly what they're talking about, and if you want to have an update on your order, they'll tell you exactly what point your PC is on the build process. The best part is, the parts i chose to have wern't in stock, so they upgraded the parts for free!! I've never seen a company do that, i think this shows that these guys (or girls) are really passionate about what they do and actually care about their customers. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy a PC!

Fantastic product & company I ordered this pc and the total time it took for building, testing & delivery was around 19 days total. Thanks again UKGC and have a great Christmas! This is a fantastic PC! The upgrade from a Dell laptop has made me wonder why I took so long to upgrade in the first place.. The PC: Very quiet and looks great. Runs WoW on ultra settings and still maintains 100fps. Only other game I've tried so far is Dawn of War 2 and obviously the machine runs perfectly on top settings so very pleased with the performance. Setup was very straight forward and all instructions were very clear including how to validate your warranty, maintain and look after your PC. The Company: Very happy with UKGC! It was my first time using these guys and was led here on a recommendation. I initially called to get some advice as I'd never owned a gaming PC before and the guy on the phone asked me some basic questions to establish what my needs were and was able to recommend this machine. The only minor niggle was that I paid to upgrade my graphics card from the stock one and while my computer was still being built, the offer changed to include it as standard. Having contacted UKGC, they said that "offers change and I was happy to pay the given price at the time" They are correct and it wasn't the price that bothered me, more that I would have paid for more RAM instead of the now standard issue graphics card. Oh well.. Final verdict: Overall a very happy customer! I would happily recommend this company and this particular machine to anyone looking for a good gaming PC. Very good communication from start to finish which is nice when spending a large amount of money! Thanks again UKGC and have a great Christmas!

This computer is fantastic. This computer is fantastic. Delivery and Arrival: The way UKGC completes their deliveries is fantastic. You are contacted and asked which dates you would like your computer delivered on and the delivery itself is smooth and everything is packaged to specification such that there is no damage or worry of harm coming to the products contained therein. Setup: Having been pre-tested, setting up the PC could not be simpler. The tower is removed from it's packaging easily and once you have done the necessary acts suggested in a very helpful long-term maintenance pack, your computer turns on and begins to run almost immediately. Usage: Now the computer is up and running, how does it work? FANTASTICALLY! Since using the computer I have encountered none of the problems faced by previous computers and my collection of games all run smoothly with no lag or issues that I can see. Overall, this is a superb buy and I would recommend this computer to anyone. There is some argument for a more expensive computer, but for £550, this is a fantastic and easily recommendable purchase.

Brilliant product and brilliant company. Firstly I upgraded a few parts so mine wasn't just the base unit. I came from playing wow on a rubbish laptop and this makes wow like a new game and it's look sweet. Now doing bosses with a lot effects are easy and pvp is a joy. Ultra graphics and I get 70fps minimum everywhere. Definitely worth it if your considering it. Service from ukgc is fantastic also, constant emails telling you what stage your build is at. I would recommend getting your pc here. Had this pc for less then 24 hours and i there are no words to describe how much i love it!. WoW and Diablo have never looked so good. I've gone from 20 fps in a city to 120 fps. Not tried Raid finder yet but as long as i can move in a raid it will be a bonus. I was dubious about spending so much money on a product from a web site but THESE GUYS ARE FOR REAL. My pc is the best thing i've ever bought. The emails you get during the build keep you informed, In total i had to wait 2 weeks but sooooo worth it. I'll definitely be buying from them again. I had been planning on purchasing a new PC for several weeks; the advantages of custom built over off-the-shelf were attractive, but the prospect of a long build time and potential wrong parts put me off. UK Gaming Computers essentially solved both these problems. I love the website design. Getting to pick and choose the parts that best suited my build/budget was a lot of fun. I didn't need to worry about picking incompatible parts either, as the site will only displays parts that match.What has particularly impressed me though is their customer service. I've been given regular updates on what stage my build is at and on how long I should expect to wait. I had cause to email them once, regarding my address details, and the issue was acknowledged, then resolved, within 20-30 minutes. Throughout the build process I've felt as though I was up to date and in the loop on everything, which was very gratifying. As for the computer, it's perfect! Once everything had been plugged in (which only took about 15 minutes) I fired up Cryis 3 on High settings. I was getting around 50-60fps throughout. I also work on Blender quite a bit and the Intel i5 CPU renders 3D models quickly. I'll definitely be buying from them again. Sure, the prices might be a bit cheaper if you spend hours searching around and buy each piece separately and put everything together yourself, but factoring in the time saved, the quality of the parts, and the quality of the build, buying from UKGC easily pays for itself.

I didn't buy this for World of Warcraft, I have played a lot of other games and have been really impressed with how well it performs. Playing Minecraft I get over 400fps with max settings. I've also played The Witcher 2 on Max Settings and it destroys it. Very good PC and for the price you can't go wrong!

UKGC are honestly an amazing company! UKGC are honestly an amazing company! I purchased this for video editing, playing WoW and many other games (due to being a partner with Machinima on youtube) I can gladly say that this computer is a beast, even as standard. I can play Bioshock infinite in ultra with no delay (around 60fps) and that's pretty darn awesome. If you're wondering what this PC is like, it's just perfect. It runs WoW on ultra at roughly 100fps, I had 120fps in Siege of orgrimmar the other day. Would buy from UKGC and will be coming back for upgrades, amazing build time and everything worked straight out the box!

my new PC is perfect in every way. So I bought this to replace an older version of a 'Blizzard' PC made by these same guys. Just like that machine, which still runs fine to this day (just fancied an upgrade), my new PC is perfect in every way. Thanks Guys, Very please with my recent gaming computer upgrade to a World of Warcraft PC. I've been plodding along with a half decent PC for some time now and finally spent the money which wasn't that much for what i got. I added a few upgrades, Processor,Ram and graphs card which slightly delayed the build ect but didn't have to wait that long. Ordered 26th April 2016 and received 5th May 2016, kept up to date with build info throughout build so i wasn't left hanging wondering whats happening. I've waited a while before sending in a review just to make sure all is well and i can say a BIG fat YES, outstanding performance and running everything on ultra with no problems what so ever. My gaming as taking to a new high and now i can finally appreciate the graphs fully. No more standing in the fire, no more blaming my PC. Pre build i received good advice on what im looking at ect and what i actually need for me to run gaming the way i want. Thanks Guys,

This is great PC for playing Warcraft. This is great PC for playing Warcraft. It does play at full resolution and the build quality is excellent :) The internal component layout is the neatest I have seen for a long time ; wiring looms are kept as short as is necessary making the airflow inside as efficient as possible, thus helping to keep fan noise to a minimum. The customer support is excellent and efficient which is an added bonus. Well worth considering as a good upgrade for other tasks such as photo editing etc. Finally, with a 6 year warranty, need I say more..

Very pleased with the service and the system itself! Very pleased with the service and the system itself! I requested my delivery for 'As soon as possible' when I was asked what date I would like my order to be delivered. As it was after 2PM when I made my request, I didn't think I would be eligible for the next-day delivery option and thought I would have to wait until after Christmas for my system. However, an exception was made and I had the system just in time for Christmas. Very thankful! For anyone wondering how long the whole process took, I customised the system slightly so the overall process took 2 weeks which I was happy with, especially as it was so close to Christmas!

this computer does in fact run warcraft on max settings. For 3 months I believed the system was not capable of running WoW on ultra settings. When I put on full settings drops to 2 fps works well on setting 4 but on 10 was awful. As it turns out I was being stupid and hadn't read the instructions had monitor connected to wrong port this computer does in fact run warcraft on max settings.

Thank you UKGC :D Simply the best! Such a relief to have a computer that doesn't make me anxious that it's going to crash several times a day! These guys are brilliant, quick to respond to enquiries and impartial when offering advice, I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of when purchasing any extras with this computer, I just added the OS and optical drive, the pricing is clear and very competitive. The computer is very well packaged and comes with all the paperwork, disks and advice sheets. It runs like a dream, I even treated myself to a new monitor, I mean you got to have a big screen to enjoy the awesome graphics !! I would definitely buy from these guys again, anyone else would be a step down now... Thank you UKGC :D

I would certainly recommend UK Gaming Computers I recently purchased the World of Warcraft PC from UK gaming computers just before the Christmas Holidays. The buying and delivery process was quick and efficiently handled. Just as they had promised, each step from purchase to delivery kept me up to date about my computer's progress. It was delivered on a Saturday well before Midday. The machine runs Warcraft very well and doesn't make much noise at all when it's switched on. I set it up after about two hours of it being delivered and it's performed great. I would certainly recommend UK Gaming Computers as a good choice to use if anyone needed a trustworthy computer company.

I highly recommend UKGC to anyone looking at a new PC! Brilliant PC! Well worth the money! I also added a fair few upgrades to the pc but it was still at a very good price. I’ve had this pc around 2 weeks now and it runs all my games perfectly! It runs Warcraft on the highest possible settings without any problems aswell as the other games I’ve tried. The build process on the pc was spot on and was built well within the estimated build time. The dispatch and delivery was super quick too! I highly recommend UKGC to anyone looking at a new PC!
