Great Intel i5 based gaming pc Bought it as a present for my son who is really impressed with the performance. Optional SSD drive has helped. Everything loads like lightning and the only minor snag is that one game (so far) requires >10GB RAM and it's got 'only' 8GB, but he can easily sort that at a future date. Standard case with transparent side and coloured lights was an unexpected bonus. All in all, performance and quality components for the price is better than anything else I could find. Customer service has been great throughout purchase/procurement/build/delivery process. It arrived when expected and was well packaged and undamaged. Six year warranty and lifetime support are a further plus. Highly recommended.

Fantastic build, customer service and advice After looking around for gaming PC for our gaming mad, teenage son, I came across UKGC and was impressed by reviews and products and variation of builds. We were aware of other sites used but not confident in their service and builds. Our son was looking to spend all his savings and this was a big purchase for him and us, as we were adding the extra for his birthday. After coming up with a spec I emailed for advice of UKGC team and got prompt response, no upsell. From start to finish have been so impressed with service provided and Kain in particular has been great. Highly recommend. Fantastic build, great quality, and easy to set up once received. Great service, awesome PC The service is exactly what I want. Easily select the options required, with good information on what the options actually are, and the PC was completed and shipped well within their estimate. The PC itself is excellent, it boots up amazingly quickly (~5 seconds) and I no longer suffer from lag when quitting games. PC runs completely silent and doesn't heat up my office.

Great Product & Great Service I would certainly recommend UKGC for your PC needs - Ordered a machine for my son just before Black Friday, I wanted a machine that was capable of mid range gaming upgradeable, but also perfect for school work as due to COVID, more work is done from home or remotely - Despite 2020 difficulties and the mad Black Friday & Pre Christmas rush - UKGC pulled it out the bag and delivered the machine in good time! The machine is built to a very high standard, looks great, it was packaged well, and any questions I had being new to UKGC were swiftly answered. My son is over the moon with his machine and it certainly made his Christmas - So I thank UKGC for everything. Shame there isn't the option for 6 stars!! Excellent beginner gaming system. After some extensive shopping around, and deciding my rusty skills at self-build were not up to it, I purchased the Eos gaming PC or my son, as he was tired of running modern games on low settings. Their website is excellent, with easy to use menus to provide modifications and options. Lots of information and detail on each product and a huge level of customization. The Eos runs every game at full pelt, with no lag and a happy 13 year old sitting in front of it. I must admit to being very happy. The PC is very well built and put together tidily, it also arrived in good order and secure packaging. UKGC kept us appraised of each stage of the manufacture. I wanted to add an SSD we had from our old computer and they're happy to let you modify the PC as long as you notify them to maintain the warranty. They authorized within a couple of hours, after office hours. Overall, very pleased and would heartily recommend.

All in all a great product from a very pleasant and helpful supplier. really impressed with the performance of this machine. Noise is negligible and speed of processing tremendous. Absolutely no problem playing crisis warhead and call of duty games and so fast when carrying out photo manipulation in photoshop and lightroom. Recommend this machine to anyone. All in all, this is an excellent computer from an excellent company and I would reccomend it and them, to anyone. I only had a limited budget to purchase my new computer so I spoke to Daman from live support here about what I wanted my computer to do and how much I could spend, he immediately reccomended this to me to get top notch performance for my cash. And he wasn't wrong. I am hugely impressed with this computer, I've tried a few high-end games on it so far and they have worked beautifully. The case looks great, it's bigger then I expected! My only complaint would be that the fans are a bit louder than I'm used to, but if you're playing something over the speakers you don't notice it. And besides, it just means the cooling system is a good'un. The service I received from UKGC was outstanding. I've never before dealt with an online retailer so I was a little unsure about spending so much money on an online purchase, but the e-mail tracking was so reassuring, knowing what was happening with your build every step. And if I needed anything further I could contact the live support and bug Daman, which I did. (I think he was sick of me by the end!) Once it was shipped, my PC arrived very promptly the next day, in the morning in fact. I'm not sure what the delivery drivers made of me standing there in my dressing gown, with my hair up everywhere, squealing over the arrival of my brand new computer. Must of been quite a sight! So, before I ramble on anymore I'll bring this to a close. All in all, this is an excellent computer from an excellent company and I would reccomend it and them, to anyone.

Starting with picking the brains of the Online Live Help facility which steered us in the right direction we ended up with a quality piece of kit that meets our needs and more. I have no hesitation in recommending UKGC Very impressed with the PC. Made a few upgrades from the original spec Eos & for a system that cost less than a £1000 it works extremely well. Excellent order service. Was kept up to date every step of the way. The only criticism was that because I changed my delivery status from collection to Saturday delivery I had to pay more than the normal Saturday delivery charge. Not sure why this is. That aside the PC was cheaper than any equivalent I've found & I have no hesitation in recommending UKGC & I'm sure I will use them again in the future.

This was my first time in purchasing a gaming computer and looking at review websites, Uk gaming Pcs seemed a solid choice to go by. Buying from UKGC was a great experience with great service for a fantastic gaming system . A fantastic machine for a very good price. The only thing holding the PC back is the hard drive. I would recommend getting the solid state hard drive upgrade to make use of the faster system. That aside, everything else is fantastic for playing new games on. The i5 is a fantastic alternative for those that don't want to spend too much as you can get a far better system for the same money as a bare-bones i7. All in all I have not had any issues and plays my games beautify while still being a good price. Buying from UKGC was a great experience with great service for a fantastic gaming system .

Ive already recomended UKGC to some friends This PC is fantastic, i made a few upgrades from the standard Eos but still it far exeeds my expectations. New PC runs very well I had never heard of UK Gaming Computers before a few weeks ago and decided to buy my new PC from them because of their good pricing, good customisability and very positive reviews. i am truly amazed at this machine. The process to ordering this machine was easy I got emails right from the start from placing my order to the day it was delivered. My machine arrived earlier than it was suppose to which was good. When i eventually connected up the machine and started it up i was simply amazed at the speed the machine loaded. I have never owned a decent current computer in my life and i am truly amazed at this machine. I'm currently playing Metro 2033 on max settings and on average I'm getting about 35-40FPS which is pretty good in my opinion. But i have a Radeon HD 7750 graphics card, 8GB of RAM in the machine and value for money is really good.

Overall could be better, but a great pc for a great price. This pc has performed well over the duration I have had it. It will run most games at a good quality but maybe have trouble with the higher end of the newer games. Data handling gives this pc no trouble at all and it has remained speedy. This is my first ever gaming pc and i'm so happy with the easy and quick process UKGC did, i'll definitely be returning for an upgrade when it requires one. Browsing different websites for a pc solely for gaming i came across their broad range of pcs that can be upgraded. Not a clue where to start i contacted customer services with the titles i play and asked what i required. The reply was almost instantaneous and was offered 3 pcs a top of the range, a mid range and a budget with upgrades. Being a student i took the budget with upgrades. Each process was emailed so i knew exactly where my pc was and at what process it was going through. Upon receiving my pc it works perfectly. It's so effortless in it's tasks and plays current games on high and in some cases ultra settings i thought it would hit medium simply because it was the lower end. This is my first ever gaming pc and i'm so happy with the easy and quick process UKGC did, i'll definitely be returning for an upgrade when it requires one. And for those who are sitting on the fence wondering if they should buy, i highly advise them to and contact customer services if there are any queries. They are super fast!

4/5 because of unplugged parts but none the less a great computer. This is a very good computer from what i can tell so far. Ive only had it a week but it runs everything i want it to run and at the top settings. However there was an initial problem when setting it up as some components were unplugged. If you’re looking for a custom PC, let me assure you’re looking in the right place! The decision to buy a new gaming computer was hard enough - working out *what* to buy and where from was going to take a long time. I shopped around the web, comparing prices, components, reviews, accounts of service and anything else you can think of, for days. Let me save you the hassle - if you take nothing else away from this review let me emphasise this: if you you’re looking for a custom pc, make your purchase from UK Gaming Computers - you won’t regret it! The first criteria I used for comparison was price. We all know that a good set up doesn’t come cheap (nor would we want cheap quality!), but everyone wants to get the best value they possibly can. Time and time again UK Gaming Computers offered the best overall price for the best components, even after including shipping. Fantastic. The biggest selling point to me during the purchasing process however was the quality of the website. It’s easy to browse the available machines, drill down into them and then explore the options for customising the machine, all on a single page. Prices are clear and transparent and each change to the specification immediately updates the total price. It may seem trivial, but I can’t stress how useful this was while trying to compare different set ups! A great many websites seem to want to leave you in the dark as to what exactly the difference between the various components actually are, but not here. The help menu lists all of them, with tech specs and a good honest overview, which was invaluable when I was deciding what upgrades (if any) would serve me well. By the end of it all, the machine had been heavily upgraded (I really can’t say no to 16Gigs of Ram at that price!) and I was confident that I’d made the right choice. Fortunately the entire ordering process only confirmed these feelings - I was kept fully up to date with the status of my machine every step of the way, able to arrange delivery to suit *me* and had my computer in my hands, ready to go, after about two weeks. The machine itself is lovely and does everything I’ve asked of it. It’s probably the quietest computer I’ve ever used, which is impressive given the sheer performance power. A great deal of love and care clearly went into the build; the inside of the case is definitely the neatest computer I’ve ever seen and the default cable management makes the innards look inviting, rather than intimidating (no mean feat!). Overall, I honestly have no criticism whatsoever of my purchasing experience. I got the wonderful machine I wanted, at an excellent price with superb service. Any questions I had were easily answered by the website itself - I was able to buy with confidence, that proved to be well placed. If you’re looking for a custom PC, let me assure you’re looking in the right place!

I am writing this as a fairly computer illiterate parent. We found so many positive reviews for UKGC that we felt safe buying our two teenage sons a gaming computer for Christmas from them. We contacted them by email and discussed our needs, they suggested one of their Eos i5 computers. When ordering the computer on their site there was a long list of add-ons (many of which we didn't understand) so we rang them to discuss what the boys used their old computer for and which of these add-ons we needed. The chap we spoke to wasn't terribly helpful and said we would be better reverting back to emails for advice. So we again emailed and received prompt advice.
Once we were vaguely sure that we knew what we needed we sent a final email asking if the computer would have everything it needed to be up and running on Xmas day. The reply we received said that all we needed was a keyboard and mouse and we were good to go.
This morning the boys opened the big box and were thrilled. We then spent 45 mins looking for the power lead to plug the computer into the mains. No Lead. So two disappointed boys and two frustrated parents resulted. I suspect that it may be the case that 'everyone' knows that you need to buy your own power lead for a computer, but being techno noobs we didn't. Its sad that in all the email correspondance no one mentioned it, when it was clear that we were very limited in our computer knowledge and had asked specifically what else we needed.
So my review for this computer is as follows: great machine (older cousin eventually saved the day with a spare lead) but shame about the lack of advice for computer illiterate parents.
Happy to recommend, but make sure you know what you want first!!

extremely impressed First of all the reason for choosing UK Gaming computers over their competitors, was both on competitive pricing but foremost because of choice. Every component can be selected to your specification and they have a handy tool to ensure the spec has the required power and cooling. Saying that I was extremely impressed with the care and attention taken in ensuring the shipped computer got to me in absolute perfect condition. The level of information sent back to me and testing is exceptional, everything work perfectly out of the box. Minors problems I had which you need to be aware of, certain graphics cards will only have one analogue port, Dvi-i and Dvi-d looking so similar but yet miles apart in standard, your motherboard may have only a few USB3 ports so a case with 4 of those might not have all of these working if the motherboard only has 2 or less USB3 slots. But this is a case of folks learning about what they purchase.

service overall was very good and I got exactly what I wanted. I've had the machine for about two weeks now and it is absolutely what I was expecting when I purchased it, I am over the moon. It's very fast, great for running games on ultra settings and looks and sounds beautiful and quiet. My one problem is that, being a newbie to the PC building scene, I wish I could have had a bit more guidance from staff. All my queries were indeed answered, but in the end I actually ordered my product without a wireless card, which I was unaware I would need, and this was extremely annoying. However I may be being too harsh, as the service overall was very good and I got exactly what I wanted.

I would definatly recommend UKGC to people reading this. Ive had my new EOS i5 for about a week now and could not be happier. I have had Crysis 2 running perfectly on the extreme setting and have just palyed through Aliens Colonial Marines with four freinds and the performance was unbeleivable. both games at 1080P resolution. All in all, a A+ company! Having looked around and done some research I decided to use UK Gaming computers because they had a good reputation and their prices were decent. The PC in this review isn't the one I purchased because I upgraded it quite a lot. There is a fantastic amount of choice when you're upgrading and the system is checked at the end to make sure that there are no conflicts in your build . The customer service was great, they updated me every step of the way from part allocation to final testing and dispatch. Should you have any questions they respond promptly with very detailed answers and information. All in all, a A+ company!

Overall fantastic customer service, fantastic product and a very happy owner. As someone who knew next to nothing about computers I did my research and chose to buy through UKGC. This was the best decision I made, as a 17 year old with a part time job my money could not have gone to better hands. I received emails every step of the way, each on time although the build phase seemed like an eternity (It wasn't), they upgraded my processor to the newer version and delivered exactly when I wanted them to. Like I mentioned earlier I knew nothing about PCs so I obviously hit bumps in the road upon setting up my computer but the UKGC staff helped me out every time and didn't mention my stupidity! (Sorry to the guy I called 3 times in a hour :P) Even when I was unable to send the warranty sticker email on time they replied immediately and gave me an extension. Overall fantastic customer service, fantastic product and a very happy owner. The only little negative was the large delivery charge but it did arrive on time and in one piece so hey ho!

I purchased an Eos - i5 Gaming PC. I was a loyal Overclockers UK customer for 10 years and after sending back one too many (seemingly untested) faulty systems, I decided to give UK Gaming computers a try. Although extremely good value and a nice system as is, I needed a few extras (120GB SSD, more RAM and a Radeon HD 7870 GC) so I called them up.
What struck me was the speed at which they answered, the down-to-earth, friendly politeness of the staff who actually knew what they were talking about and didn't try to waffle their way through a litany of things I don't need. Once ordered, the system then took about 10 working days to arrive. Though initially frustrating to wait (being used to a few days with other companies), it became clear that the PC was rigorously tested, during which the engineer came across a minor issue with the GC so he UPGRADED THE CHIPSET, THE GC, THE SSD AND THE RAM FOR FREE!! Unheard of service in my experience and the attention to detail and results are obvious.
Since it has arrived, I have been extremely impressed with the system and would highly recommend it to any gamer for the price (£884.92 with above extras). The i5 3450 3.1Ghz (they actually upgraded mine to 3470 during testing) is currently considered the best 'bang for your buck' you will get (running Skyrim, Planetside 2 and GW2 on highest settings and not a single stutter or crash). Case is utterly beautiful and runs nearly silently, even with an extra pair of £10 fans. I have had no issues one month in and it is the best and least problematic system I have ever owned in ~20 years buying PCs. UK Gaming Computers have earned themselves a new loyal customer and I felt it my duty to pass on the word!

Full marks to UKGC, can't recommend them highly enough! "Lovin' this computer!" Couldn't wait to get my hands on my news system, the first one I'd ever had built specifically for gaming. Loved the way we were constantly kept in touch with the various stages of the process, staff couldn't have been more helpful when I did need to contact them before actually placing the order. Upon delivery, the quality of the gameplay is awesome, exceeding my expectations. To see the game without any glitching is exactly what I was hoping for and is exactly what I've got! Full marks to UKGC, would recommend them to anyone! I love the way the machine can be updated and upgraded as and when more money becomes available, this will save me loads in the future. Excellent PC. Excellent PC. Runs games such as Skyrim on Ultra with texture mods no problem. (Radeon HD 7850). The i5 processor is also excellent as it loads programs and performs calculations at good speeds. UKGC even upgraded my processor from an i5 3450 to a 3470! Free of charge. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good PC. Would not hesitate to buy from these guys again!!! I ordered this PC with a few common changes, I increased ram to 8gb and added the Geforce GTX660. I normally play World of Warcraft but since I ordered this PC I've started downloading other games from Steam and the computer runs them with great ease. Its much quieter than I thought it would be even though it has 4 fans, which do an excellent job of keeping it cool as I've not noticed it even getting warm. I wasn't sure initially over a few things but a quick phone call to the guys had me at ease right away. It runs WoW on all Ultra settings at a solid 60fps (held back by my poor monitor refresh rate currently) and doesn't give me any problems whatsoever. Overall very happy with not only the service with daily updates to progress but also with the machine. Would not hesitate to buy from these guys again!!!

Overall, I am very happy with my new PC! Absolutely fantastic computer for its cost. I chose to upgrade the processor, add the GTX 660 graphics card and increase the RAM to 8 GB (Came to under £800 I believe) and it has run everything I have thrown at it at the highest possible settings. Impressively it runs Tomb Raider (2013) maxed out very smoothly with little framerate drop. As my first proper gaming PC this is everything I hoped it would be and it proves that you don't have to spend twice this amount to play games at their best. As for the service, UKGC informed me regularly about the changing status of my order and the delivery time was as expected with no problems. I was recommended UKGC by a friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. Overall, I am very happy with my new PC!

The EOS-I5 is one of the best purchases I have made. I used to play most of my games on a laptop which did not have enough power to run even the lowest end games. With my new computer from UKGC I can run all the games I want without worry of frame rate dropping or freezing all together.

Will definitely purchase from here again! Been searching around for custom desktop PC's for a while. Then I stumbled upon ukgamingcomputers. The prices are very decent so I thought to myself, "why not!?". After browsing around I finally ordered an Eos i5 and I can say I'm pleased and impressed. Upgrading was simple with several choices. I had a couple of upgrades since I wanted more out of my own desktop. Also got lucky and had an upgraded cooler FREE OF CHARGE! Deliveries were in order and it was great that you get informed through email with every stage. Once I finally gotten my grubby hands on desktop I saw the built quality was professionally done. Wires were tidy, nothing dangling around. So I finally downloaded games which I couldn't run before. A couple of games I can mention that runs like a dream were Bioshock Infinite, Tomb Raider, Skyrim, Assassins Creed, everything I threw at it were set at High graphics and ran smooth throughout. brilliant I got this computer with the GeForceGTX 660 graphics card a 8GB of ram - It is brilliant - it can run battlefield 3 in High graphics without dropping a frame - it is a great computer however you must remember that you have to get an operating system with this if you don't have a disc or you be in trouble and you need to order the computer at the house that your credit card is registered at or they will decline your purchase but your money will be out of your account for a few days. After that though the computer is great it is a massive upgrade on the laptop I had and it never overheats which is brilliant!!!

Overall I'm very pleased with my experience with I UKGC and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. The process of selecting components and ordering online could not have been easier and UKGC sent me regular updates to keep me up to date on the status of my PC. When it arrived, it was packaged very well to ensure no damage was caused in transit and came with very easy to follow set up instructions. The PC itself has a very neat and professional quality to the construction and works perfectly. This computer is sheer perfection for any entry level PC fan. Now I had a bit of hassle with this computer, not technically but with my mum. An committed technophobe she hated the idea of me spending more than £300 on a computer, ridiculous I hear you cry. Within moments of me demonstrating the sheer power, speed and downright brilliance of this computer she has now very much changed her tune! Having been using a computer from 2002 with Intel celeron 1600 mhz and 1 gb of RAM you can imagine my delight that I'm running 8x more RAM and a brilliant little 3 ghz processor. This Computer (obviously with 8gb of ram) but with the standard nvidia graphics card will run Empire total war, ultra, flawlessly. Mount and blade warband etc highest settings 120 fps! The list goes on. This computer being my first 'real' computer is a purchase I don't think ill ever regret! The brilliance of UKGC and their communications with you through the painful waiting process is just superb! 10/10 for the computer 11/10 for the company. The EOS I5 Gaming PC is a visually striking PC and has the power to match. It can run all the latest games with ease and has no problem handling simple everyday computer tasks. The price for the PC is also incredibly reasonable. Certainly one of the best value for money PCs I've seen in recent years. As i mentioned the stock components can easily handle almost anything you can throw at it, but if you decide to splash out and add some upgrades then you will have a PC that will do the job of running the latest games for years to come. Even when the time comes and a upgrade is needed, the easily accessible case will make it as easy as buying the PC.
As for the company, I can honestly say they are one of the best I have ever used. You will be kept up to date with every stage of your order and everything required to get the PC up and running is included. The peripherals such as a mouse and keyboard aren't included but are offered and are certainly competitively priced. I'm very impressed all-round and would highly recommend UKGC. I have not upgraded my computer (currently a laptop) for some years so wanted to upgrade to a new, powerful, desktop which wouldn't need to be upgraded for the next few years. I spent a lot of time comparing different websites and companies and kept coming back to UKGC. Not only was their website really easy to use, the large range of PC's and ability to easily customise them was perfect. I already had a screen, keyboard and mouse so all I needed was a desktop tower. Before buying I had a question about what cables, if any, came with the computer so I e-mailed UKGC and had a response back within the hour.Ordering the PC (Eos - i5 Gaming PC) was easy and I could see exactly what I was going to get. Communications regarding the order process and order status were comprehensive and up-to-date. My PC was built when they said it would be, as well as being dispatched and delivered when they said it would. When the computer arrived it, again, had comprehensive instructions on unpacking it and what to do before plugging it in. On first boot-up, the operating system did not have all the usual manufacturer software/bloatware pre-installed which was excellent! All the BIOS and Windows updates were done so it was ready-to-go. The speed of the PC is excellent and does exactly what I need it do to. The graphics card is brilliant; I can finally see my games how they should be! UKGC pricing, although not the cheapest, is very competitive and with the 6 year guarantee I know I'm covered if anything goes wrong. There were no hidden costs - What was on the website was what I paid, with different delivery options and costs to suit. Overall I'm very impressed all-round and would highly recommend UKGC.

I am delighted with the quality of the build I have received, every effort went into the careful packing of the PC and the very tidy wiring inside. The rig has clearly been designed by people who know how to make a computer the most efficient it can be for the money you spend. I've bought from a few computer places in the past and I can without a doubt say that UKGC wins, hands down. I was also delighted to find that, unlike with every other computer place I had dealt with, my computer had been fully updated with windows and all the necessary hardware drivers.

I spent ages looking on the internet for gaming computers, but after being a console gamer for years I didn't really know what I was looking at. Id had advice from other gamers that a built pc would be better than buying a prebuilt one from say pc world. Great PC for gaming. Great PC for gaming. it is cheap but also reliable. Only thing I would change (and not a very big problem) is the size of the case as there is a lot of empty space inside. Second thing is, if you buy this looking to play demanding games, get some more RAM as 4GB of RAM may not be enough for some games.

Some peripherals were out of stock and was notified of this however it was decided the PC would be sent out before arrival of new stock rather than having to wait. The guys at UKGC still sent the peripherals out next day delivery once they arrived. Guys on the phone were always friendly and happy to help out. Pricing is very competitive. Bottom line I wouldn't go anywhere else for my next PC purchase.

overall amazing ! A great starting gaming pc, can play most games but obviously for the brand new games not the highest graphics. It is a smooth and quiet pc, delivery was fast and acceptable, definitely recommend this pc (as a starting pc) , upgradable,* make sure you add an optical device and 8GB RAM *, if you want a pc that you are aiming to keep for around 2-3 years this will do the job however if you want a proper gaming pc save up a little more but overall amazing !

I highly recommend this website. I've been wanting to buy a gaming computer for quite a while, and now that I have I can say that it was well worth the wait. This computer is amazing. I got a few upgrades with it and it was still very well priced, and it's great to know that in the future it can be upgraded even further. Also, the guys at UkGamingComputers are fantastic. I got quick responses for my questions about the computers, and they also kept me informed of the progress that my computer was at. For anyone wanting a great computer, I highly recommend this website. 10/10.
