Simply contact us and our team of experienced engineers will help you pick and choose the right PC package for you. And don't worry, when you call you get put straight through to an engineer so you don't have to deal with someone selling you a load of rubbish that you don't need.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit/Delta, Master Card, Maestro, American Express and Solo securely via the website during the checkout process. PayPal and PayPal Credit is also accepted as well as direct bank transfers. There is no additional charge for using a credit card. We also offer Finance plans. All orders, excluding payment on finance, require payment to be made, in full, upfront.
How long does it take to build my custom PC?
Each custom PC we build is subject to a standard build & test time which as standard is an estimated 5 - 10 working days after receiving cleared payment and us processing the order. The bottom of every product page will have an estimated build and test time statement. Once complete, an email is dispatched to your email address requesting a convenient delivery date from yourself which can be made next day provided we are notified before 2pm. With an extra charge we offer a priority service, and Super Rush Job service, which means we put your build top of the list so that you receive your custom PC much sooner. Please be aware extensive modifications such as case painting or bespoke projects do not conform to these estimates and can take longer. Other upgrades like large amounts of RAM, Overclocking and watercooled systems can increase the build and test time slightly, please see the estimated build & test time info button on each product information page for further information. If you need a system quick then take a look at our pre built next day PCs.
Can you build me something totally bespoke?
Absolutely, as enthusiasts we love a custom project! Please contact us via email with your requirements.
Whilst we believe you will be very happy with your new PC we understand that you may want to cancel your order. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after you receive the product. Full details can be found in section 7 of our terms and conditions.

Unless you are ordering multiple systems in bulk (4 or more) in short, no, everyone gets our final best price directly on our website. This includes Student discount or Services discount. We do offer a price match so if you find something the same, let us know and we will beat it but do double check the competitors components as more often than not they are of poorer quality (notice how perhaps the Power Supply, RAM or say the hard disk does not have a make and model listed?). This article highlights major ways other suppliers like to cut corners to try to win the business, if you are not familiar with PC's then its worth a read before ordering any system.
What branded parts do you use?
UK Gaming computers use the very best parts in our PC's. It is something we are very proud to do and as a direct result we believe we have the lowest PC return rate in the UK and are the highest cutomer rated dedicated system builder. Our product range comprises brands such as INTEL, AMD, NVIDIA, CORSAIR, SAMSUNG, KINGSTON, ASUS, GAMEMAX, NZXT, KINGSTON, FRACTAL, SEAGATE, COUGAR, BE QUIET!, MICROSOFT, LOGITECH, MARVO, MSI, PALIT, GIGABYTE, COOLERMASTER and many more. You can be confident that your PC will be built with the best components unlike many other custom PC builders that do not state exact parts include or hide behind "house brands" or worse still completely unnamed or unbranded parts.
If you require a VAT invoice, send us over an email and our finance department will send you over a copy of your VAT invoice.
Do your PC's come with operating systems?
Yes and no. Each product will state if an OS is included or not. We understand that our customers want to be able to install their own operating system which is why we give customers the option to add an operating system to the computer, rather than just adding and charging for it anyway. We currently supply the latest versions of Microsoft Windows. If you do order an operating system it will come preinstalled, activated, updated and with all the correct drivers. You will also receive the genuine licence code affixed to the back of your PC and a USB recovery stick.
What's this "burn in process" you talk about?
The burn in process is where we test and stress components to their limit, how long exactly this is will depend on the complexity of the build but fairly standard custom pc builds are around 24 - 72 hours. It allows us to make sure that every computer that leaves our workshop is fit for its purpose and free of any faults or defects. This is an integral part of our build process and one of the many reasons why we achieve such a low return rate. This timescale is included in the total estimated build and test time.
What after sales support and warranty do your computers come with?
All our computers come with a 6 year return to base warranty as standard unless otherwise stated. There is also the option to purchase extended warranties on all our machines for a small charge. We also provide lifetime free email, live chat, and telephone support on all hardware issues. If you have a problem with one of our products please contact us.
Yes! We have a showroom showcasing some of our demos systems and components that you are welcome to come and have a look at. We will also be happy to help you choose a system and chat to you face to face about any aspect of what we do. No need to make an appointment, just turn up. We have loads of parking too.
Can I buy just components from you?
You can order additional parts when you purchase one of our superb computers. We don't currently sell components on their own but we do offer an upgrade service where we can upgrade your PC for you where you can pick and choose individual components.
Are your PC's fully built or would I have to build it?
All our systems are fully built, you will not need to assemble anything. All you will need to do is plug it in and turn it on!
I have made and order, how is it getting on?
At each stage of your order, (Pending, Processing, Parts Allocated, Build Complete, Testing Complete, Delivery Request Received, Shipped) you will receive an email stating that your order has moved onto that stage and a short description as to what happens next. You can also track the progress of your order through your account.
How does the delivery process work and can I specify a convenient delivery date?
Yes you can request a convenient delivery date. When your PC reaches the testing complete stage, an email will be sent asking for a convenient delivery date, you simply reply to the email, we confirm the booking, and your order will be sent out the day before, for delivery on your specified date. All tracking information will also be provided shortly after dispatch and you will also receive a 2 hour predicted delivery window from our courier on the day of delivery.
Do you offer an upgrade service?
Yes. One of the advantages of a custom PC is they are upgradable. We can upgrade and advise on a system you have purchased from us or if you have your own rig, simply contact us with your initial thoughts and requirements and we can go from there. You can read more about our upgrade service here.
Can you help with a non UK Gaming Computers PC?
Of course. UK Gaming Computers are happy to undertake any work on any PC. Simply contact us to discuss your requirements.
I wish to order a large quantity of systems, can you do it?
