Named after a Greek Mythical Titan Goddess the Styx packs a titan size punch but at just 375mm wide, 360mm deep and 115mm high and a volumetric size of just 12.6 liters, it is far from the size of a Titan! Just because it is small does not mean making a sacrifice on the components as it still uses proper desktop technology such as the 8 core 16 thread AMD Ryzen 7 7700X which runs at 5.4GHz when boost kicks in, Nvidia GeForce® RTX 4060 8GB graphics card and 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 memory clocked at 5200MHz.
Controlled by the powerful Asus ROG STRIX B650E-I Gaming, combined with a 2TB Kingston NV3 M.2 NVME SSD, housed in the gorgeous Fractal Design Ridge case and powered by the seriously awesome Corsair SF850L 850W power supply this makes a great solution for the living room, VR system, portable LAN or a small footprint solution.
Unlike most of the other options out there on the market like NUC's, laptop hybrids and so called small form factor systems, the Styx strictly utilises the SFX standard and therefore proper full size desktop components meaning it is as upgradable as any other mini system we do - more RAM, Storage, larger PSU or perhaps a flagship CPU paired with a flagship GPU is all currently possible. Want to swap out the motherboard with a newer generation later down the line, again no problem, as there is absolutely no proprietary tech in this tiny package. If you want powerful, upgradable and as small as you can reasonably go without making major sacrifices then we feel the Styx is the best product on the market.
Finally, contrasting all our other systems the Styx has a more flexible configurator which will enable you to be able to select powerful CPU's and GPUs suit your needs, however, doing so will potentially make the build incompatible with the power supply, do please ensure you are upgrading the power supply when upgrading other components.
